What are your delivery options for heavy building materials?
We offer specialized crane-arm (HIAB) delivery for heavy items like bulk bags of sand, bricks, and timber to ensure they are placed safely on your site. Standard delivery is available for smaller hardware items.
Can I click and collect my order?
Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service. Simply select your nearest Darlaston Builders Merchants branch at checkout, and we will notify you when your materials are ready for pickup.
Do you offer trade accounts for professional builders?
Absolutely. We provide both cash and credit trade accounts that offer personalized pricing, dedicated account management, and simplified invoicing for industry professionals.
What is your return policy for surplus materials?
Standard stocked items can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in resaleable condition and in original packaging. Please note that perishable goods like opened bags of cement cannot be returned.
Do you provide brick matching services?
Yes, we offer a professional brick matching service. You can either bring a sample to one of our branches or upload a photo via our contact form, and our experts will help identify the closest match for your project.
Are your timber products sustainably sourced?
